The Togu Aero-Step XL has been specially developed for fitness and aerobic training. Compared to the Aero-Step, the foot board and contact area are larger for a broader range of exercises. The Aero-Step XL consists of two separate, air-filled chambers. The non-slip, pimpled surface massages the foot area. The Aero-Step XL is based on coordinative (movement control) and proprioceptive (movement processing) training methods.
