The Sport-Thieme power hammer is made from steel, the robust material allowing the hammer to be swung into objects like tractor tyres at full force during training. The cross-training hammer is available in various weights and different diameters. The majority of the weight is located at the head of the hammer. By hitting a tyre with the hammer, the shock is absorbed and the hammer rebounds. To swing the hammer with a large amount of power it is important to grip the handle securely. The lever action that is created ensures an intensive workout for the entire body. Trains strength, coordination, and above all else, endurance. However, the power hammer is also perfect for use in overhead tricep pulls, front raises or hammer curls – a real all-rounder.
