The modern workout with kettlebells enables demanding functional training. The core muscles in particular are challenged and strengthened. Typical kettlebell exercises include the swing, clean and jerk and snatch. In combination with numerous other exercise possibilities, kettlebells offer almost infinite training opportunities. During functional training with the kettlebells, entire muscle groups are strengthened as opposed to just single muscles.
