The powerball is a gyroscopic hand trainer which works without any batteries using the gyroscopic force: the ball rotates using muscle strength. This means that the ball always adapts to suit your level of ability. With practice you can reach up to 16,000 rotations per minute. Depending on how you hold the hand trainer, you can strengthen different muscles. The Powerball Auto Start is also fitted with a rotor which allows it to be started easily without a power supply. Even beginners won’t find it too difficult at the start.
