The NOHrD Eau-Me balance board is a patented wobble board. The tapered, almost cone-shaped base point makes it difficult to keep the board in balance. And if that weren’t difficult enough, the plastic base is filled with water, making balancing even more challenging. This is unique. The water makes the board unpredictable. Each movement of the user triggers the water to shift and your body has to respond to the impulses instantaneously to keep the board balanced. This is really tricky and challenges your whole body. The wooden footplate is good grip to ensure you won’t slip.
