Thanks to the Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells, the constant swapping of dumbbell weights is a thing of the past. This is made possible by a special adjustment mechanism – simply by turning the adjustment dial you can quickly select your desired weight. The system locks in the necessary weight discs for your desired weight. This allows you to continually increase your strength, step by step. The benefit? You no longer need a variety of dumbbells or loose weight discs – all weights ranging from 2.3–23.8 kg or 4–41 kg are included in just one dumbbell. This, of course, has a second benefit: the Selecttech dumbbells are compact and save space. What’s more, the thermoplastic weight disc coating ensures you can train quietly. After training, simply place the dumbbell on the base included and set the adjustment dial so that it sits between 2 weights. This ensures the dumbbell sits securely on its base and can be transported with ease.
